Help Identify Mystery Water Cannon

I saw this water gun in a Late Night with Jimmy Fallon clip. Robert Pattinson wins a game of war with him and sprays Jimmy down. It's blue and orange and arranged in a minigun style. Has anyone seen this water cannon before? My curiosity is burning and only this knowledge will quench it!

I was expecting a Rick Roll, since it just hit April 1st where I am. I was let down.

It doesn't have quite a great reputation amongst our community (unnecessarily expensive and complicated), but for the sake of forced humiliation (such as on a TV show), it does the job quite well.
