Hands-On: Super Soaker Rocket

Recently acquired a used Super Soaker Rocket. I have no idea whether this item still works; the box is in rough shape and the rocket, itself, is currently stuck on the launcher with no apparent way to remove it without attempting an actual launch. I may try it out once weather gets more consistently warm.

For now, enjoy a bunch of pics of this less-common item

I'll measure some stats on it soon, but it is definitely larger than I thought it would be from all the drawings I've seen in the past. The rocket, itself, is probably over 2' (60cm) tall.

Huh. I wonder if you could turn that into a WBL somehow.

Would not be a problem, I imagine :D THe rocket itsel acts like a Pressure-Chamber filled with air... I can remember my modified XP 310, when the pressure chamber released itself while being pressurized to total maximum(PR-valve removed...)and flew away...

It was invisible and took about 9 seconds to fall down several 100 feets away from my atual place...many thanks, my head was not above the PC...

Should be able to beat the 200 feet quite easily, if the pressure is high enough :)

It no doubt has a PRV, but we know what to do with those. :goofy:
