CPS 2500 (Devil Design Coloring) "Highway to Hell" (Aqua-flash's review of CPS2500). I love the red & purple color because it reminds me of that & reflects what the blaster is capable of doing: blasting your foe to oblivion (striking fear in heart of defending foes). Also, it has the classical grey color symbolizing the classical XP/CPS legend. It is also, the most practically shaped Stock Soaker that I have so far.

The 2100 is a beautiful gun. That red and yellow and black really set off the silver, and just go tegether so nicely.

#1 Larami Uzi hell yeah. Point that at a cop, wake up in Heaven.
#2 XP 150 original. The sectional color scheme makes this the quintessential water gun, among the most recognized of all soakers. You can't go wrong with a clear pump, either.
#3 CPS 2000. Gets the nod over the 2500 because you only have to worry about one bright orange thingy sticking out of the bushes instead of two. 2000s have a classy design that looks like it means business.

Nice topic.
#1: Yep, Aquapack Devastator, the blue and silver looks so good.
#2: Original Max-D 6000, I like the contrast in a black body and yellow addons.
#3: Original WW Blazer, dull red and silver, it clicks with me.
#4: SS 100 (blue and yellow variety), coupled with the soaker itself, it just looked capable of doing things.

This thread reminds me of some colour analysis I did awhile ago (in 2008)

Beyond these, I also like the XP310/XP220/XP215 colours. I always thought the XP310 and XP220 make a nice matching water blaster set.

Orange, black, red and silver/grey are so great. The WW Pirahna and Orca have it too, though the orca is bluer.

^what he said
i also gotta hand props to, no matter how horrible the blasters themselves are, the 2010 super soaker line. it gives me a sorta "arctic" style look to it, and i think the "broken-up" pattern on the white areas help embrace it. maybe the MI arctic shock (the blue shell/white tanks one), i prefer those colors over the normal ones.

The grey, purple, and hint of orange of some CPS's and XP's are definently my favorite. The red on the XP 150 is a nice addition, but I don't think it would for the all the other purple/grey guns, like the 2000 and 1000.

So true. The grey just made them look more "I mean buisiness"-y.

Eh, nothing special about the Larami Uzi's single color. Hell, I wouldn't take solid black even if I was out fighting terrorists. Amongst real weaponry, red tiger and grey digital are nice. Gold/chrome aren't bad either. As for water blasters, I agree with most of the above. CPS 1000, Monster XL, a lot of the WW's (Tiger Shark 1007, Orca 2008) have pretty decent color schemes. Oozinator would be neat too, but too much orange.

Many blasters have come in different colors, post your a picture of your personal favorite color scheme on a blaster, alternate or otherwise.
my personal fav comes from the 300 re-release
http://www.isoaker.net/isnet/topic4723.html
forget camo I would paint my 300 in these colors if I was good at painting blasters (including reproduction stickers and pistol grip logo)
If you ever bother reading these, I worry for your mental sanity.

Are we just talking about guns that actually have alternate color schemes? Or is it just any gun (as zeda.beta has selected)
I would like to see a poll. Madness, you say. But there have been like 6 different XP 270 colors, along with Max-D 2000 (3/4/5000?) ; two MD6000 that I know of, but then there really isn't much variety after that. Soaker Wars stuff (red/blue/white), CPS 1200&2700 (silver VS yellow), 1500VS1700 (1700 FTW), XP 150 classic vs original (I like the green version), .... and yeah. I don't think there are that many more guns with colour variations.
OK, well Flash Flood has 3, Arctic Blast has White/Iron Man/green-blue. The list is limited, surely. Let's do this! MEGA-POLL ACTIVATE!!!

The best color scheme out there:
Granted, it isn't as nice as DX's 10K or the 1200 that marauder had (I don't know who has it now), but you get the idea.

That woodland camo is nice, but I think digital camo is awesome. Even if it would be maddening to try and paint on a water gun.
Don't think that really counts as a color scheme though...

Here's your XP 270 color scheme poll
http://www.waterwar.net/site_wwn/board/topic5427.html
I'm not sure if it's possible to make a poll with enough color schemes to cover everything. Isoaker put together a gallery of a bunch of color combinations, but I think we would need even more than that if we were going to have some sort of poll. Which would be awesome, but it would be incredibly time consuming.

CPS 1000 and 2000. Simple and perfect. Although, they would probably look better with black nozzles.
