Nice video review! That said, the streams from your Barrage look like what mine can push out. Guess I'm still wondering why our volumes measured vary so much.

Either way, the gun doesn't put out that much water!

Just pushed up my limited review of the Nerf Super Soaker Barrage. For now, I'm opting not to do any video reviews since I'm not as photogenic as marauder. :goofy:

Do you have a second one you used for testing, or did you test it in box?

I removed the forward tie to free up the pump and nozzle and tested it with the backside still in the box. :goofy: After testing, I pushed the forward tie back over the blaster.

Is that so you can store/resell it? Makes sense since you would never use it in a war considering the other soakers you have.

I'm actually considering getting one of these… when it goes on clearance for under $10 :goofy:

Over in the U.K. we don't have as many Water Warriors or old CPS SuperSoakers in our stores or Charity shops, so our only real avenue to water blasters is the high street shop. eBay is expensive and also doesn't offer as much choice as the U.S. site.

However, the new SuperSoakers are everywhere. And they're expensive. A Barrage costs £20 (or $33 in U.S. currency). They are an improvement over the battery powered Thunderstorm and Electrostorm but did I mention the price? It's a lot to pay for a water blaster when (although not as widely advertised) the Water Warriors Steady Stream 2 gives (arguably) better performance and 4 can be bought for the price of 1 Barrage.

As Captain Price in CoD4 said, it's not difficult to improve on garbage. The Barrage is *possibly* an improvement over a water bottle, but a bottle won't leak and soak you.
