Finally read this article, and now I want to make a hydro orderance weapon, not that I ever will range because would be hideous and I could never use it safely without serious modications

It has more potential in...distraction ambushes...if you're not shooting water balloons out of there...

You can load those things with smoke rounds, perfect for concealment if they see you, or as a decoy if they don't.
