It's a Sneak Attack. It makes sense to give that gun to a ninja.
This is sort of like a continued episode from the Soaker Ninja series.

Yeah yeah, the "Sneak Attack" pun and all. However, the real funny thing is that the ninja could've soaked much faster by dumping the reservoir over the target. (Perhaps that's what he did, heheh.) Patience is a virtue, but ninjas must execute their attacks swiftly.
