There's long been talk, but no prior success at setting up a Water Warfare League. However, there's always hope and perhaps we (the online community) have a better chance of creating one now.
That said, a thread has begun at the WaterWarfare.com Forums on Creation of a Water Warfare League. As a League would hopefully be open to anyone interested anywhere in the world, it is best to have League creation discussions occurring on one place. I encourage anyone interested in joining, helping, and/or guiding this League's creation to join the WaterWarfare.com Forums and add your thoughts into the thread.
Soak on!
