WW Colossus: have anyone tried taking off nozzle selector?

Post by carbonate » Tue Apr 10, 2012 8:29 pm

have anyone tried taking off nozzle selector on new WW? I see the new WW burst nozzle (+)is kind of big maybe this Python/Colossus is good for riot-blast mod (assuming the pipeline layout is good and there is actually larger nozzle opening behind the selector (like CPS2700 20X mod).

Right now I am not sure because I haven't acquired the WW yet, but I wonder somebody that has one can help me (haven't gone to Walmart yet)

It's not hard. There should be a screw in the middle of the selector. Just screw it off. You might have to open up the gun first.

It's been done on a million other guns. It shouldn't be different for this one.

That's not all that surprising on many WW's, which don't really have the power to push out of a nozzle larger than 2-4mm effectively. The lack of any nozzle larger than 2x seems to reflect this, so I didn't bother getting one even though I was planning to.
