Vanquisher Trigger

The Trigger on the Vanquisher is killing me. Does anyone have any ideas how to make it longer, so I can fit a second finger on it?

What you need it to affix some non-bendable piece of plastic/metal to the trigger using some strong adhesive like crazy glue or epoxy. The biggest trick is to find the extension piece that's the right shape and stiffness that won't bend/break when force is applied to the area that's not attached to the trigger. If you have access to a Home Depot or local hardware store, I'd say bring your blaster in, tell them your goal, and see what suggestions they may come up with.
