Free CPS 3000
I have for sale, some free information on how to get a cheap CPS 3000... XP
Haha, but seriously, SOMEBODY BUY THIS.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1997-Super-Soak ... 5761892%26
A working CPS 3000, with the original backpack connector attached, that had the hose broken off. All you need to do is buy a solar shower, cut off the showerhead thingy, and clamp the end of the hose onto the connector. Done. Stick it into an old backpack with a hole cut in the bottom.
This would probably be the cheapest, easiest to fix CPS 3000 you will ever see, so if you want one, now is the time.
FOR THE LOVE OF LARAMI SOMEBODY BUY THIS!
I would but I am trying to focus on buying guns that I don't have already. ;|

Re: Free CPS 3000
The seller ripped the stats from iSoaker. Don't buy it and reward people for pulling that crap.

Re: Free CPS 3000
It could be worse. Actually, why did they post that information at all? Seems kind of random... considering the other information they could have copied. Usually people just google the name of whatever they have and they copy+paste the product description/blurb.
Of course, CPS super soakers haven't been around for ten years, and googling it brings up first - guess what - Isoaker.com! Can you blame them?
On more available products, at least the blurb is easy to find. If the seller had looked a little further, they could have posted this one.
People should really read the Terms of Use:
Have you thought about adding a first-time notice? When a new IP tries to connect to (any) page on the site, they get a window informing them that Santa is watching.
Hehe, what I mean is, they get a small window that says something short and sweet from the Terms of Use, along the lines of "Welcome, please enjoy the site, but try and make money using my information and I will find you".
Something like that, anyways.

Actually, that sounds pretty cool. Maybe Isoaker could add the original product description from Hasbro to the top of each review (which is public domain), so when people are googling for information, they will see that first, (which is what they really want) and copy-paste the heck out of that without infringing on Isoaker's property. You want water? You got it The ultimate member of the CPS line of Super Soakers is waiting for you The Constant Pressure System unleashes a giant stream of water with every shot -- your choice of 5x, 10x, or 20x the water of a regular Super Soaker, plus the one-and-only Typhoon Blast There's also an adjustable 2-gallon soft vinyl backpack for a long-lasting water supply

But there's a good question. Is selling something on ebay considered a personal, non-commercial use? Or should you be collecting a fee on those sales? ^_^Material from iSoaker.com is for personal and non-commercial use only

Re: Free CPS 3000
I'm not down with the idea of suing people over content usage in ebay sales, but I do think it wouldn't be outrageous to request that they reference the site after their description.

Thing is, Ebay changed its rules. You can't link to an external site in your description.

Well you can say, according to iSoaker.com. You don't have to add the http lol or would they delete that too? Maybe, according to isoaker?

Re: Free CPS 3000
Whoa, whoa whoa! You guys are missing the point! The idea is for the SELLER to read the notice about content usage, (which has the whole non-commercial "Don't make money off of my stuff!" part in it), for the SELLER to post whatever they want in their own words + the original blurb/official HASBRO product description, which they can use freely anywhere, anytime they want. Then the BUYER reads the product description, doesn't read any plagiarized content whatsoever, and then they are free to go searching the net and enjoy the content of Isoaker.com.
