That means that it could either be a 2003 overstock that finally made its way to Asia or its a 2004 reissue. Regardless, congratulations and happy soaking.

Yep, enjoy your new CPS 4100. You will be a king with your CPS 4100 against people with only air pressure or cheap water guns. However, it is just a piece of plastic, so be careful with it. :p
