this idea came into my head months ago when i was trying to think of a really compact aph that could in theory be duel wielded. that might sound crazy but if an trigger is installed i genuinely believe that this design could be a duel wielded able aph. here's my design https://make.craftyamigo.com/design/Qp3 ... m7QHMeD1Bx. now there are some issues that i could see, number one is that actually hooking up two of these things to a reservoir like a solar shower might be a bit difficult because your working with 2 hoses not one, number two is that due to the short pump volume pumping time might get long, lastly id imagine these things being very "water hungry" which could be an issue. overall though i think that this could be a interesting project to try in the future if i have the time. also if your wondering how i would attach a trigger ,i made a diagram of a homemade pull valve trigger concept that i think would be easy to build using pvc. anyways that's about it would love to hear feedback.

Is the idea to connect the pump to your shoulder so that you can pump by moving the blaster forward and backwards? I had a similar idea for a modification to an old foam dart blaster called the Max Shot. It's a neat idea that I'd like to see, so I encourage you to try it.

As for the trigger, Drenchenator tried something similar for a Nerf gun a long time ago. I think if you're limiting it to PVC pipe then it'll probably be too bulky. Something 3D printed might work better, though I'm not sure how 3D printed parts hold up under pressure. You might need to make it very thick to handle the pressure, or maybe consumer 3D printing can't handle the pressure at all.

yup that's the idea. thought it would make a more ergonomic homemade pumping action. and would double as a shoulder stock. as for the trigger i don't have a 3d printer so i will try to make a pvc version as compact as possible oh yeah and the blaster as well. but ill have to make it first, would you recommend short 3" chambers or 2" as i cant make the chambers too tall as that would make the weight hard on the blaster and on the wrists. anyways thanks for the feedback as always.

I would suggest making the chambers swappable by using threaded connections for them. Then if you pick one size and decide the other would work better, you can switch without too much trouble.

sounds great.thanks for the reply, seems like my metal pump will be perfect for this homemade. also as of writing this a major water warfare opportunity has come to me, my school hosts a senior assassin at the end of the year with money involved. the format being a 2v2 bracket surely my water warfare background will give me an advantage vs there dollar store squirt guns but i still need to practice and get ready now. lastly i finally after years have gotten discord so i can communicate that was as-well, but ill still mainly use wwn. ok that's about it.
