Hydro Cannon have a sluggish ball valve?

Leave it. Silicone spray does not mix well. I now have to drive the hour to go to Walmart to replace my HC- the silicone spray either had an acetone-based carrier (doesn't seem too likely) or I've got bad luck (more likely) and caused the rubber O-ring sealing the ball valve to fail... Meaning I now have a very high-flow ball valve whether it's opened or closed.
Just a bit of advice. Everywhere else is safe to spray down, though.
