Ineteresting. Very interesting. It certainly looks different on the inside than I thought it would. If you still have it open maybe you should try freezing the check valve.

I've closed it up for the moment. Must finish one project first.

Much better innards than most guns. I like how you can get all the excess water out of the tank by tilting it back when you pump. Excluding the wiring, it seems relatively simple for a soaker. Might have to get me one of these.

My main complaint on this soaker (and the Lightning) is just the height of the trigger-grip handle. It's just too short for me to hold comfortably (and the bottom part is to big thick that my pinky has no place to go).
Otherwise, 'tis a good stock soaker with nice features (i.e. CPS-like firing chamber and multiple nozzles). Don't even need the batteries for the pressure gauge since you can SEE the PC through the casing.

The wires run from the battery to the electronic pressure gauge and to the pressure sensor.
