Off Season

Post by teamfear » Mon Feb 16, 2009 5:09 pm

Me and My friend are going to call walmart and toys r us soon in winter and see if we can buy water guns left over from last year even though there not on the shelves. Has anyone done this before? I want to get a bunch of liquidators and other products before they go in season.

It might be a little late since they're already distributing this year's water guns. That said, I remember they were still putting out the CPS 4100 re-release months after it came out, since they didn't sell very quickly and were stored in warehouses for a while.

Amazon may still have some water guns (at a discount), as will other stores. Don't stress yourself too much, though: the 2009 lineup looks pretty good.

EDIT: "I TOOK OUT WHAT MY SISTER WROTE WHILE I LEFT MY POST, I AM SORRY IF ANYONE TOOK OFFENCE TO THIS< I WILL BE MORE CARFUL NEXT TIME"
Well what would they do with the previous year's leftover blasters? I saw multiple old guns at toys r us last year and walmart may still have some in stalk. They did only have 2008 water warriors last year. I wouldn't want to use amazon because of shipping costs. Now if buzz bee sold from its site, I would buy from them for sure. The guns I want to get are the Orca, Hydra Pak, liquidator, defender and triple shot. My reason for this is to aquire many large rifles and decent sidearms and complete my armoury with a tanker.

Thanks,
P.S. I will be very adgitated with myself if I fail to get these!!!!!!!!!

Sister

Post by teamfear » Tue Feb 17, 2009 6:59 pm

My sister just told me that she edited my post when I left the room. I found one of the things before I finished my post but I didn't see the other one. I will change it and be more careful.
Thanks for your concern,

Ah... a sister... that explains everything. Just be careful not to leave posts/account open when you leave the computer. Better to be safe than sorry. Thanks!
