Alright, I think I remember something like this from Hydrolisis a long long time ago, and I've been thinking about it alot recently so I decided to make up my own game. It's not really so much a game as it is a questionaire of sorts. The question is this: Let's say you have a 20 man team, and you have $330 to buy guns with. How would you organize your team? and Which guns would you buy?

Here's the list of all the guns you can buy.

SC Monster X: $38
SC Monster XL: $50
CPS Splashzooka: $20
CPS 1-3-5: $20
CPS 1000: $20
CPS 1200: $20
CPS 2100: $20
CPS 1500: $25
CPS 1700: $25

How experienced would this team be? [That will influence my choices].

5 groups of 4 and each group would have 2 monster's 1 cps 1700 and one heavy cannon like a cps 3200 monster x cps 2500,2700 or monster xl and mad-d 2000's as sidearms and the monster's would be $20 since that's what cps 4100's were going for at my target.

That would be what i would give my team if this were a soakfest otherwise the list would be a little bit different.

EDIT: these guns might take you over the $330 budget if so switch the 4100's with 2100's,1000's or 1200,s and don't buy sidearms.

All 20 people are independent. 10 will get XP 150s ($18), 8 would get SC 600s ($16) and two would get WW Lightnings ($10). That would leave $2 unspent, given that there's no sales tax.

I choose these guns because they are small, relatively cheap and very good. Shot time was the biggest factor in choosing these water guns.

Why use those guns without greater firepower(like heavy gunners) and how would you divide your army into groups.

Ok, I would have 4 groups of 5, 5 would get CPS 1500s [$125], 5 would get CPS 1000s [$100], 10 would get Piranhas [$100], leaving $5 extra.

Range was a factor here, but the monetary restrictions were harsh on choices with power. .

The best deal here is probably the Piranha (I think it is actually more than $15 though). With that in mind, 10 Piranhas, 7 CPS 2100s, and 3 Power Packs, exactly $330.

BTW, Light Annihiliator, your list goes way over the limit, about $700, and about $600 with the changes.

That would be the armoury i would like to have for my team but a more realistic armory would be the lighting as the standard rifle with 4100's or 1700's for the heavy gunners. But if i had a big $900 budget or i were curveuk and had no budget i would like my team's armoury more.

I would organize the team into 5 groups of 4. Each group would function somewhat as if they were a 5 person team.

There would be one scout/light group:

Ranger.......WW Xenon
Grunt.........XP 270
Grunt.........XP 70
HWO..........SS 100
Group Total: $44

There would be two Grunt groups. Each one would get this:
Ranger............CPS 1000
Grunt..............WW Piranha
Grunt..............WW Lightning
HWO...............CPS 1500
Group total: 65$

1 ranger..........CPS 1000
Grunt..............WW Piranha
Grunt..............WW Lightning
HWO...............CPS 1500
Group total: 65$
Grunt Group Total:130$

One HWO group:
1 ranger...........CPS 1700
Escort..............XP 310
Escort..............CPS 1000
HWO................CPS 2500
Group Total: 91

And one Flanking/Ambush force:
Ranger.............CPS 1000
Ranger.............Max-d 5000
Grunt...............WW Lightning
HWO................CPS 1500
Group Total: $65

Final Total is: $330

How do you guys like my combo?

Three groups of five with the same weapons: Two people with XP 310s, Two people with XP 270s, and one person with a CPS 1200. - $72 each group, $216 total.

Loners: Two snipers, each with a CPS 1700. - $50

Fast Striking Attack squad: three people with CPS 1000s, the leader of the trio with an XP 215. - $64

Total: $330

I think my team would be efficient. I always use a small shock group to start some action in real soaker battles, and it always works too. :p
