Hi Im planning to make my hydro cannon so it has a big enough PC to shoot for 2 SECONDS!! if it works it will be beast. Now what was the X rating for the hydro cannon's nozzle? I should be able to fit it with a big enough PC if i tried right?

In order to expand the PC you need to remove the onboard reservoir and replace it with a backpack. The Hydrocannon doesn't shoot for a full second, but if you do the math it works out to 19 oz/sec which is either 19x or 15.8x depending on how you do the math. I really wouldn't read too much into the x rating. Just expand the PC and measure after that!

What I REALLY want to see is this with one of your conical brass nozzles.

How do you plan to expand the PC? With LRT? I know some people have replaced the PCs in their Hydro Cannons with 2500 PCs, but obviously you could only do that if you have a spare 2500 that you're not using (because I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd rather have a 2500 than a Hydro Cannon, even if it's modded).

I'd only use an unrepairable CPS 2500, but even that can't shoot two seconds.

when i minimized my Monster XL i removed one of the PCs. I am using the bladder I removed and I will put a 15X nozzle/laminator on it. ill tell you how it works soon. also I replaced the pump with a CPS 2700's

One day I hope to convert 2/3 of my Hydro Cannon's length into housing for a nice, big LRT PC. The reservoir will have a big hole in it of course, but with a backpack or external reservoir, that wouldn't matter.
-I would replace the pump with one salvaged from a pump-shooting XP110 because so far, no CPS gun I have has been 'unfixable', nor do I single parts laying around. Of course, work with what you got, right?
Or maybe I could use one from a (leaky) XP150? Does anyone think that the pump volume (well, the diameter/SA of the pump) would make it to hard to fill a CPS chamber? Or should it be easier than pumping a stock XP150?

I would replace the pump with an XP 150 pump if I knew I could fit it in there. Space is tight and the 150's pump is huge. I care a lot more about the appearance of my gun than a lot of you. Of course, if you have seen some of my guns I've had over the years I'm sure you'd disagree but I also have a habit of getting into things like mud, mulch pits, and briars (ask DX). So yeah... would you even be able to fit a 150 pump in there?
